I had researched the product and had several questions, since they are not hard-selling, they take time to answer all your questions. They educated on options being careful to provide information without giving advice. So my decision stayed my own throughout the process. That’s important.Depending on my objectives, I had several options which they explained in an orderly fashion, so it was informative and yet not overwhelming. I wanted to be fully informed, but I also wanted not to take too long to get going. The information session was one day and the purchase session was the next. Since I had gained new information the first session, I appreciated the timing. The process involved a team of people, all very responsive, and professional. I should add they do teamwork well. When you are trusting someone to guide you into a long term investment, you have to be able to trust the strength of the links in their chain.Overall, the purchase experience was excellent.
