I felt the persons trying to set up my account did not know what they were doing and just wanted to rush through the process. I was trying to have a partial transfer from my current Roth IRA to a self-directed gold Roth IRA. I had two different custodians for my Roth, one that was the custodian for the stock (Cetera) that I had to liquidate for the transfer and the other custodian (Pershing) was the one for transferring the money to Equity Trust. The agents for Augusta tried to set it up with me on the phone talking to Cetera, even though I told her I never had any contact with Cetera and asked her to go through my local financial advisor. I think your people are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.
I sat through a very informative 1 hour presentation with 4 different people discussing different aspects of precious metals. Each presentation was organized and comprehensive. I felt no pressure at any time and in the end felt I had sufficient knowledge to make a decision. It appears to me they have a great product and head an shoulders above others I have attempted to do business with

Excellent experience, and exceeded my high expectations. This company educates well. I had researched the product and had several questions, since they are not hard-selling, they take time to answer all your questions. They educated on options being careful to provide information without giving advice. So my decision stayed my own throughout the process. That’s important.Depending on my objectives, I had several options which they explained in an orderly fashion, so it was informative and yet not overwhelming. I wanted to be fully informed, but I also wanted not to take too long to get going. The information session was one day and the purchase session was the next. Since I had gained new information the first session, I appreciated the timing. The process involved a team of people, all very responsive, and professional. I should add they do teamwork well. When you are trusting someone to guide you into a long term investment, you have to be able to trust the strength of the links in their chain.Overall, the purchase experience was excellent.
