I had two different custodians for my Roth, one that was the custodian for the stock (Cetera) that I had to liquidate for the transfer and the other custodian (Pershing) was the one for transferring the money to Equity Trust. The agents for Augusta tried to set it up with me on the phone talking to Cetera, even though I told her I never had any contact with Cetera and asked her to go through my local financial advisor. I think your people are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.
