More like 4.5 stars. I got a couple Auks so my daughter and I could share our growing experiences across the country from each other as a way to bond. The parsley seeds were junk and did not grow but the basil was awesome. You have to play with the light to get the schedule you want. iWe had cold weather coming so I rescued some struggling thyme and oregano plants from my garden and put them in the AUK and they are loving life now. I think you need to grow a few batches to figure it out but overall pretty good and doubles as a night light in my kitchen.
