I love the sleek and modern appearance of our Auk. Harvested kale yesterday from our Auk in our family room for kale chips, and fresh dill today for salmon cakes tomorrow. So fun, since it's February in Maryland with snow on the ground! Just may buy another Auk!

Prior to purchasing, I reached out with some questions. Those were answered quickly and I decided to buy the Auk Mini. We love the way it looks in our living room. Much nicer than other grow units we've owned.
We like it so much that we'll be picking up a second unit shortly.

Tracy put it together and we both watched the seeds grow into plants in January.. fantastic now harvesting and adding fresh herbs into our cooking. It’s so convenient..I would recommend it.
I found this company and the mini Auk by accident -and i love it ! Just bought my second and May buy a third soon: looks very stylish , easy to use and maintain - you’ll want more Auks to grow more items in - I have rosemary & basil ( I never buy anymore) lettuces ( i don’t buy , i grow) and will grow cherry tomatoes and peppers soon) I received the kits very quickly after ordering - instructions and support is easy / quick ! I’m a fan and love the look in my condo / apt. I recommend over other systems - size is great and easy to stack on shelves : go check them out , great design
More like 4.5 stars. I got a couple Auks so my daughter and I could share our growing experiences across the country from each other as a way to bond. The parsley seeds were junk and did not grow but the basil was awesome. You have to play with the light to get the schedule you want. iWe had cold weather coming so I rescued some struggling thyme and oregano plants from my garden and put them in the AUK and they are loving life now. I think you need to grow a few batches to figure it out but overall pretty good and doubles as a night light in my kitchen.

The overall unit itself is very modern and, dare I say chic!!😉 looks good in our kitchen anyways . Now we are all anticipating the joy of harvesting the crop that we have sowed ! 🎶if you want to get heaven let me tell you how , keep your hand on the gospel plough🎶
We love how this planter adds atmosphere to our kitchen as well as fresh herbs. After learning curve related to the light, the rest was autopilot and keeping up with the water and nutrients. This will forever be a part of our kitchen.
AUK isn’t the cheapest option for an indoor garden but it certainly worked out well for me. I can essentially kill off anything green and have lots of experience in that. I have had my AUK mini set up now for about 8 weeks and the basil, parsley, pepper and tomato plants are huge! I can even fill the tank and it can survive a week while I’m away! Great fun and the whole setup is easy on the eye.
I'm very pleased with this purchase. Directions were easy to follow. At first, I was worried it was taking too long for the herbs to sprout, but now they are coming in like weeds (haha). It makes me happy to have fresh dill, cilantro, chives and parsley in the dead of winter.
Really good quality product. Some of the herbs are taking longer to grow than others, but that could be down to the cold weather. We have them on the kitchen windowsill where they look great.
