I placed an order on 28 November and have yet to receive it. Customer service did respond, but only after many days and emails, and their replies were of no help. I was never given a shipping tracking number, so I cannot verify if the order was shipped at all. The lack of clear communication and transparency has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this service.
