Beware, impossible to return items
I've been trying to reach Aumille since weeks ago in order to return an item (they labeled as M an item that is clearly an L or even XL, it's biggest M jacket I've ever seen). First the emails to them are returned as spam/virus. Second, you submit a form on their website and you receive no email confirmation of submitting it, so it probably reached nowhere, much less an effective reply. Then the emails stopped returning error, but they still don't reply. They also have an accounts section where you can initiate a return, but they don't reply or process.
This is not a serious operation, and I strongly advise against shopping this brand.
The design is appealing, but the quality does not match the price. I received no response to my return request, which forced me to sell the items I intended to return at a significant loss. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times without any reply. I will not be returning as a customer.
