I ordered on 28th November, and by 19th December, my item still hadn't been dispatched. I contacted customer service multiple times but only received the same generic response about a busy period and that my order would ship 'in the coming days.' No tracking, no dispatch, no clear answers. Due to these delays and poor service, I canceled my order. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend it.
