This site isn’t what you think it is. I personally ordered a cardigan (order#13438) on 24 of September and still no response on where it’s at right now. When I ordered it I clearly saw it said (in stock). When purchased I didn’t get a mail saying it was a pre-order, it said ”delivered, on it’s way”. I didn’t receive a tracking-number or anything like that, after mailing them they answered me and said it was a pre order. My mail didn’t say anything about a pre order and is at this moment very inconvenient, My mail about a refund hasen’t been answered, a cardigan when winter is creeping up? You think I planned for that? Don’t know how they manage to have a new dropp when people still hasen’t received there orders from the August dropp around 2 months ago according to every comment section on their socials. Don’t buy here until they fix this matter and Aumille! Please answer me about this, I really want some answers or some sort of explanation why it was so messy ordering from you guys.
