I placed an order on 28 November and still have not received it. The support team did respond, but only after several days and numerous emails. Their replies were not helpful. I was never given a shipping tracking number, leaving me unable to confirm if my order was ever dispatched. The absence of clear communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. Given my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this service.
