No customer service at all. I have paid seats selection fees for $340. However, I have checked with airline company. They confirmed Aunt Betty purchased tickets for me without booking seats as we requested. I tried to contact them to request the refund for my seats selection fees through all the types of contacts they listed. No any reply. Regarding the phone call, I tried three times. First time no reply. Second time after half an hour wait the guy told me to call back in 2 hours. Third time after another half an hour wait, the call reached out and the girl on the phone was talking to someone else and hung up my call, which was horrible experience. I even no chance to raise these problems. I have left my reference to the live chat and informed that I will not contact them anymore. I have formally escalated what happened to fair trading. I will make another complaint to the ATIA and ACCC tomorrow. It’s not only the money stuff, but the customer service. Aunt Betty has competitive prices. However, the poor service will definitely ruin their reputation.
