The web application is very easy to use and has a smooth overall experience. However, changing the number of adults was a bit inconvenient, as I had to return to the original website to update the count and then come back to Aunt Betty.
That said, the pricing is very competitive, which is definitely a strong advantage.
I tried making booking 3 times and everytime stuck at the final payment processing page. We are processing the payment message stayed and nothing happened. What a waste of time.
scam company, I booked a one way flighr with 35kg of baggage, then once the ticket shows up it changed to 25kg with no confirmation... live chat took 2h+ waiting, calling no one even pick it up just hold music
Transparent, easy to book, and knowing that Aunt Betty is part of Flight Centre if anything goes wrong.
Only minor complaint is the small sting that in booking a business class fare, there is a small surcharge to pick your seats
We were able 2booked with ease..their fare going to LA, calif. is very competitive and a bit cheaper nevertheless at least we wer able 2save a bit and we used the saving for travel insurance ..I will highly recommend their services 2 my family and friends.This is our first time booking with Betty ..hope 2really get well along with them till our next booking ...keep up the good work 👏 🙌
Ticketing speed and price was excellent. Unfortunately a segment was unable to be confirmed on a previous booking for this itinerary, explanation was received and full price refunded to my credit card in less than 24 hours.
just booked flight tickets online yesterday and contacted them twice regarding E ticket, because I was expecting E tickets instantly as before, but this time did not happened, today contacted them again and got E tickets now still happy with their service please improve it, as long as made payment they should issue E ticket instantly as before
No customer service at all. I have paid seats selection fees for $340. However, I have checked with airline company. They confirmed Aunt Betty purchased tickets for me without booking seats as we requested. I tried to contact them to request the refund for my seats selection fees through all the types of contacts they listed. No any reply. Regarding the phone call, I tried three times. First time no reply. Second time after half an hour wait the guy told me to call back in 2 hours. Third time after another half an hour wait, the call reached out and the girl on the phone was talking to someone else and hung up my call, which was horrible experience. I even no chance to raise these problems. I have left my reference to the live chat and informed that I will not contact them anymore. I have formally escalated what happened to fair trading. I will make another complaint to the ATIA and ACCC tomorrow. It’s not only the money stuff, but the customer service. Aunt Betty has competitive prices. However, the poor service will definitely ruin their reputation.
Terrible Service - Do not trust their "Cancellation Only" policy!
I had a minor spelling error on a passenger's name for a China Southern Airlines flight. Auntbetty told me it was "impossible to fix" and insisted I pay a $400+ penalty to cancel and rebook at a much higher price.
I refused to accept their lazy solution and contacted China Southern Airlines Head Office directly. The airline was extremely helpful, verified the passport, and fixed the name in 10 minutes for FREE.
These guys just want to grab your cancellation fees instead of helping. If you have an issue, call the airline yourself! They charged me a $75 service fee for giving me wrong information. Stay away if you want a stress-free trip.
