AuntBetty has the worst customer experience I have ever come across.
Near impossible to get a hold of. Chat, email, phone. Doesn't matter.
6 hours on chat, to have the call ended because I wanted to speak to a manager.
I needed to have my name updated because of a typo & AuntBetty had to 'rebook' my flights as they apparently could not update my name (single character difference). To which I agreed, knowing there would be a substantial cost. To my surprise, they would not even match their own advertised price on their website for the rebooking... stating 'this is what we can offer & nothing else'. The agent couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me why there was such a substantial price difference.
Horrible, horrible. Hopefully, the next 6 hours go by faster.
