Booked flights for 4 with Aunt Betty. 9 days later recieved an email saying the flights couldn't be booked as they were no longer available or operating. Flights were still available via Aunt Betty but were now $25 more! I booked direct with the Airline instead. To be fair, the refund was processed very quickly hence the 2 score.
