All booking processes went smoothly; however, the customer service was very poor. I waited for four hours to speak with someone but was unable to get through. While these platforms may offer cheaper tickets, they are not reliable when it comes to resolving problems or handling issues. I would not recommend booking through them unless you are confident you won’t require any assistance.
