I ordered a screen, which cost around GBP £300. It was despatched by FEDEX, but Aura Displays decided not to require a delivery signature, so when the FEDEX driver arrived at my house, the package was left close to my front door, unfortunately from where it went missing before I came home to pick it up.After me having to chase FEDEX for information as Auda washed their hands of the matter, FEDEX advised that they had delivered as per the instructions.I have now been more than 4 weeks chasing Aura to either providea credit or send a replacement order as the fault lies with them.All you get is a customer services team (probably using AI) sending messages saying that are sorry and are looking into the matter and would come back with a solution which never happens.Every couple of days I get emails from their marketing team asking me to review my purchase. I have left 2 reviews, setting out my experience, neither of which have been published on their website.Do not buy from this company. They can't be trusted.
