I ordered a Dual Boost Pro Gen 3 15.6” monitor from an online platform on 7 July 2025. Unfortunately, it arrived with issues (persistent screen flickering and non-functional hinges). I promptly sent videos demonstrating the defect, but the company took over two months to respond. After numerous emails, they finally provided a return label in October, but it was only valid for 7 days while I was out of the country for work — a delay entirely on their part. I reached out immediately for a new valid label but have received no response since. The product remains unused and in pristine condition. I am now escalating this matter through a third-party platform's support and safety team. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to avoid a similar frustrating situation.
