I purchased a service hoping to eventually secure a group plan for my employees, but encountered two major issues: one related to logging in and the other concerning a potential hack of my device. I contacted the support team and spoke to several representatives. The first, who I spoke with on two occasions, was not particularly helpful. After some difficulty, I finally reached the technical team and spoke with a representative who resolved my login issue quickly. However, I was frustrated that he could not assist with the hacked device issue. Despite his friendliness, the overall support experience was disappointing. There were multiple agents I spoke with who seemed more focused on selling additional features rather than solving my problems. Some were rude, and many appeared to lack the necessary knowledge to assist me. I often found myself on hold for extended periods, including one instance where I waited over 30 minutes before having to hang up. The support offered by this company needs significant improvement. The only way I would consider recommending this service would be with direct access to the technical team. Overall, I am very frustrated and contemplating cancellation, feeling as though I am stuck in a difficult situation.
