Absolutely Zero Stars - Unbelievable Experience. This company has appalling customer service. I ordered items on 21st November, which arrived just before Christmas. I emailed them expressing my dissatisfaction, mentioning that my order was marked as not delivered on their tracking site. I also noted that I never received an order number and there was no paperwork in the package. My main issue is that I believed these items were authentic, but they clearly are not. Additionally, the sizing is completely off; the Gilet labeled as XL does not fit at all. I can’t believe I waited a month for this order. I asked about their returns policy, but I haven't received any response. Now, I’ll have to contact my bank to dispute the charge, as I spent over £250 with these dishonest sellers and refuse to be taken advantage of. This was my first experience buying clothes through social media promotions, and it will definitely be my last. If only I had researched them beforehand, I would have saved my money. It’s frustrating that companies think they can deceive consumers. I’m shocked they even ship anything, and I expect that if they do respond, it will be to say it’s too late for returns. There’s no phone number on their website, just an email claiming they respond within 24-48 business hours, but I’ve already been waiting for 14 days. Business hours perhaps, but 24-48 business hours is a new concept for me. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS.
