I had an issue with my frame and went right to the Support articles. When those suggestions did not work, I emailed Customer Care. I received a VERY quick response with very clear instructions for next steps. I actually had to email several times and each time the response was very prompt, kind and detailed. Since my issue could not be resolved, I was offered a new frame...even though I was out of warranty. Who does that??? BEST customer service for a prodcut I absolutely love!
