They even replaced my frame, which was well out of warranty, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their customer service is exceptional, especially in an age where it often seems lacking.

The frame appears to be good and user-friendly. HOWEVER, it lacks the option to create playlists or galleries. All photos are displayed at once. It would be great to organize photos by themes like holidays or family. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Quite disappointing.
I'm at a loss for where to start. A couple of months ago, I faced technical issues that were unrelated to my setup. Although I resolved them with tech support, I was considering canceling my service. Recently, I discovered they had canceled my service without notice, citing a previous cancellation request. I don’t understand how they maintain a high rating. Their support is lacking, and it feels like they aren’t genuinely trying to assist. I’ve been left waiting for a manager to call back, which never happened.

When my mother’s older photo frame had a faulty power cord, the support representative quickly sent a replacement at no charge. Now, THAT is what I call service!
I adore my digital frame. I’ve filled it with years of old photos that were previously sitting in albums. Now, every time I pass by, I get to enjoy lovely memories of my children and current photos of my grandchildren. It's fantastic! Plus, when I encountered an issue recently, customer service resolved it incredibly fast. Outstanding support!
Our daughter gifted us this frame, which looks amazing, but I’m frustrated that it only displays a fraction of the uploaded pictures and videos in both random and chronological order. After a week of running it with about 400 pictures and 10 videos uploaded, not a single new image has appeared. Additionally, I can't adjust anything that seems off in the frame compared to my app, which is disappointing.
