If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. I've never encountered an insurance provider that feels so exploitative. I mistakenly purchased provisional license insurance instead of full coverage, and when I contacted the company to correct it, it took ages for them to respond. I was told they'd cancel the policy, but I wouldn’t receive a refund. Instead, I was informed I would have to pay an extra fee. Despite explaining my financial situation, I received no understanding or compassion. Eventually, I was contacted by a representative who was very supportive and helped process my refund, which I truly appreciate.
