Left in a Difficult Situation

I provided the service with all necessary documents on time, yet they still canceled my policy without proper checks. I discovered this while at work, far from home. I called twice, and although they acknowledged receiving some of my documents, they still refused to assist. There was no support or escalation offered, leaving me stranded. As an apprentice relying on my vehicle for work, this situation could severely impact my career. I feel deeply disappointed by this insurance provider.

Terrible Experience, Avoid

This company is dreadful; I would avoid it at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter had insurance with them, but due to her low driving score from late shifts as a waitress, they attempted to cancel her policy after three weeks. We had to cancel ourselves instead, despite informing them of her job when we took out the insurance. At just 19, she deserves better treatment, especially after paying nearly 2k. I had to pay a cancellation fee with no other options available. There are far better insurance providers out there.

Frustrating Experience with Compensation

If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. I've never encountered an insurance provider that feels so exploitative. I mistakenly purchased provisional license insurance instead of full coverage, and when I contacted the company to correct it, it took ages for them to respond. I was told they'd cancel the policy, but I wouldn’t receive a refund. Instead, I was informed I would have to pay an extra fee. Despite explaining my financial situation, I received no understanding or compassion. Eventually, I was contacted by a representative who was very supportive and helped process my refund, which I truly appreciate.
