It's been a month since I placed my order, and communication from the company has dwindled. I still haven't received my order, and the tracking email didn't work. They claimed the delivery couldn't find me, which is absurd since I live right across from the post office. Despite offering to pick it up myself, they refuse to issue a refund or reprint, only asking for my patience, while I have a pressing business to start and needed those bookmarks. They also stated they are not accountable for the delivery service. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service, and I expect it to be fulfilled.
