Is it possible to give less than a 1? I ordered a pair of jeans on November 7th. The tracking indicated they were shipped on November 11th. After two weeks of contact with customer support, I was told they were shipped, then that they were delayed due to warehouse issues, and finally that I should wait up to 15 working days. Today, they arrived—six weeks later—not as advertised and of poor quality—not worth anyone's money. I wonder if I can return them; I've emailed but haven't received a response. I recommend not purchasing from this company.
