Very dissatisfied with the service received.

I am very dissatisfied with the service received. I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas, but they never arrived. I contacted the company, and they eventually mentioned a delay in shipping due to the holiday season. I placed my order at the beginning of November. After multiple emails, I was told a refund would be issued. As of today, I still haven't received any money back, and my last four emails have gone unanswered. I would recommend steering clear of this company.

STAY AWAY!! Untrustworthy!

STAY AWAY!! Untrustworthy! After waiting for months for my order, it finally arrived, but it was the wrong item. I contacted the support team on the same day it was delivered (10th December) and have only received two responses indicating they would provide the return address. I'M STILL WAITING!! It seems they have no intention of facilitating the return of the jeans and have effectively taken my money. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order.

Avoid this service entirely

Stay away from this service. Expect your product to arrive months late, and it won't match what was promised. They use others' content for their promotions. While I have received some communication, it usually consists of excuses with no real follow-up.

Your order may not arrive

I ordered two pairs of jeans from this company; they were marked as 'shipped' on November 20th, yet today, December 19th, they are still in transit with no updates for over a month. Customer service has been minimally responsive. I cannot recommend this company at all.

No delivery received

There has been absolutely no communication from this service. I had to email multiple times and threaten action before receiving a generic response. It has been a month without the dress I ordered for my birthday, and I mistakenly thought three weeks would be sufficient time. The tracking number provided leads nowhere. I recommend avoiding this place; the pictures of the dresses look nice, but you will likely never see them.

This company is a fraud

This company is fraudulent. I ordered jeans that have never arrived and have escalated the issue with my bank. I strongly urge others to avoid this service. I wish I had read the reviews before making my order.

Can I rate lower than a 1?

Is it possible to give less than a 1? I ordered a pair of jeans on November 7th. The tracking indicated they were shipped on November 11th. After two weeks of contact with customer support, I was told they were shipped, then that they were delayed due to warehouse issues, and finally that I should wait up to 15 working days. Today, they arrived—six weeks later—not as advertised and of poor quality—not worth anyone's money. I wonder if I can return them; I've emailed but haven't received a response. I recommend not purchasing from this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I typically do not write reviews, but I want to prevent others from having the same experience. I ordered jeans at the beginning of November, and now it's mid-December. The promised delivery time was seven days. As my event approached, I inquired about my order and was told there were warehouse issues. I received a new tracking number that doesn't work. I've requested a full refund because I doubt I will receive my order, for which I paid £45. Strangely, I have received no response to my email and no refund either. I strongly advise against buying from this company!

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but after exhausting all options and seeking answers online, I realize I am not alone.
