I typically do not write reviews, but I want to prevent others from having the same experience. I ordered jeans at the beginning of November, and now it's mid-December. The promised delivery time was seven days. As my event approached, I inquired about my order and was told there were warehouse issues. I received a new tracking number that doesn't work. I've requested a full refund because I doubt I will receive my order, for which I paid £45. Strangely, I have received no response to my email and no refund either. I strongly advise against buying from this company!
