Do NOT buy from this website. I will never order from them again.The item I received was a completely different colour than what was shown on the website. It looked nothing like the photos. When I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself.The problem is that the return address is in China, even though the company presents itself as “Aurele London.” To return the item I would have to pay £10 for postage plus about £12 customs, which is absolutely ridiculous when the item itself only cost £39.This feels very misleading. The company name makes it sound like it’s based in London, but it clearly isn’t. Customers should be aware of this before ordering.Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this site.
