Do NOT buy from this website. I will never order from them again.
The item I received was a completely different colour than what was shown on the website. It looked nothing like the photos. When I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself.
The problem is that the return address is in China, even though the company presents itself as “Aurele London.” To return the item I would have to pay £10 for postage plus about £12 customs, which is absolutely ridiculous when the item itself only cost £39.
This feels very misleading. The company name makes it sound like it’s based in London, but it clearly isn’t. Customers should be aware of this before ordering.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this site.
pretty good! saw a few bad reviews and a couple bad tiktoks saying do not buy from here but safe to say it’s alright. quality may not match price but it’s decent so don’t panic. doesn’t come from england as you may think as it’s got london in the company name, comes from china so shipping does take a few weeks. but all in all no complaints and got a nice green suede jacket for summer!
