Absolutely a company to avoid. The picture of the sweater I bought was nothing like the item I received. Awful cheap rubbish, nylon I'd say, advertised as a quality product, and priced accordingly. I put it in the bin, where it belongs. An attempt to cancel the order a few hours after I had placed it was ignored, no compunction about fleecing customers. I decided against trying to return the awful sweater as it's obvious from other reviews they don't refund. They should be prosecuted by trading standards for misrepresentation of their products and riding roughshod over the legal rights of consumers.
