I was contacted at 1:00 AM and pressured to vacate the property, which is completely unacceptable and distressing. Contacting a tenant at such an hour shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally, the rent was increased in an unreasonable manner, while the advertised price on their website remained unchanged. This felt misleading and unfair. Throughout my stay, they attempted to impose excessive and unjustified fees, often without clear explanations or transparent breakdowns. The overall experience was stressful, confusing, and poorly managed. Communication was often intimidating rather than supportive, and the process lacked transparency. Based on my experience, I do not consider this platform to be trustworthy or tenant-focused. I recommend anyone considering renting through them to carefully review all terms, document everything, and proceed with extreme caution.
