My experience with this service was terrible. From the first moment I tried to contact them regarding my rent questions, their answers were vague, but I decided to ignore that red flag. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the common areas (which are supposed to be cleaned regularly) were dusty and clearly never cleaned. When I made my first payment, they charged me twice because they debited it to a card I never authorized. Resolving this issue involved rude behavior and took a month. Even when I requested compensation, they did so reluctantly. It took almost two months to return my deposit because they couldn't contact the landlord. Additionally, during my stay, I was locked out of the apartment for hours due to malfunctioning locks. Although it was more of a building issue, it's unbelievable that they wouldn’t take action.
