I have already contacted your support team multiple times and provided full evidence that the items were advertised as 100% silk but delivered as 100% polyester.
You have refused a refund unless I return the items to China at my own expense, despite the clear misrepresentation.
If you genuinely wish to resolve this, please confirm publicly that you will issue a full refund without requiring me to pay international return shipping for goods that were not as described.
