I placed an order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. When I reached out to cancel it, I was told it couldn't be canceled because it was being processed, even though it’s not shipped. I was advised to contact them once it arrives for the next steps. Then, I received another email saying my order would be delayed due to their office move. I contacted them again about the cancellation, expressing frustration since the order hasn't shipped. They responded by asking why I wanted to cancel. I asked for confirmation on whether my order was canceled or not, and if not, I wanted a refund and a cancellation confirmation. This has been incredibly frustrating. I advise others to avoid this company. I’ll update if I hear back from them, but they have created a confusing situation.
