Product does not remove anything but light peach fuzz and is patchy doing that. They advertise a 60 day money back guarantee, yet refuse to honor it. They will not refund if you open the product. And only offer 20% or 50% (depending on how many emails you send them) - calling it "goodwill" without returning the product.
The login to your account link DOES NOT work. So cancelling a subscription takes a lot of effort as they are slow to respond to emails (if they do at all).
I requested to cancel a product I didn't need anymore. Emails were quite slow at first, so even though I reached out on the same day to cancel the purchase, it ended up being shipped to me. I had to pay for the return postage (which is reasonable), and was then able to finally receive my refund. Jamie was helpful with sorting this :)
I cannot review the actual product, since I didn't use it at all. Also, many people who are leaving reviews here had issues with a subscription - when buying the product, there is the option to purchase one-time instead. It is annoying and a little sneaky that they automatically select the subscription option but, if you actually check the details before buying, it's easy enough to deselect.
The product does not work !!!
Was really hoping it would finally get rid of my course chin hair but not only does it not work, it has started to bring me up in rash. Used for 4 weeks now with breaks in between days as it suggests.

This product is pricey, has a strong smell, and doesn't perform well. I bought it for both myself and a relative to test. It functions similarly to other hair removal creams and has a similar scent. The results only last a day or two since it doesn't remove all the hair, just dissolves the top layer. After trying it three times, I'm quite disappointed. I still have a lot of product left because I unintentionally signed up for an auto-renewal. I initially bought four packets to give it a fair chance, and now more are on the way. Cancelling the subscription was also quite challenging.

The representatives keep offering tips on how to use the product instead of addressing my cancellation request. They don’t take me seriously and refuse to cancel the subscription. They claim you can manage your subscription online, but that’s false. When I enter my email, they don’t send a link to manage it. This service feels like a complete scam! They don’t provide a number for direct contact, and the emails I receive are unhelpful at best! Overall, a dreadful experience. Avoid wasting your time or money!

Conclusion: AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. Unless you relish surprise fees and lengthy email exchanges, opt for something else. My finances are still recovering.
At this point, I have to say that I will not be renewing my subscription since I have not received my item. The shipping service marked the package with issues regarding the label. I placed my order on 12/2, and now, on the morning of 12/12, I still have not received anything, yet my payment has already been taken. This service feels like a scam to me. I was really looking forward to trying something for my facial hair, but now I'm left without any product. They delayed shipping because of a move to a new warehouse and seemingly used a problematic shipping label.
