Awful experience with the product and customer support. I was unaware that I was signing up for a subscription. After receiving the first item, which didn’t work for me, I got another and discovered it was part of a subscription. I have been trying to cancel for over a month now. The representatives keep offering tips on how to use the product instead of addressing my cancellation request. They don’t take me seriously and refuse to cancel the subscription. They claim you can manage your subscription online, but that’s false. When I enter my email, they don’t send a link to manage it. This service feels like a complete scam! They don’t provide a number for direct contact, and the emails I receive are unhelpful at best! Overall, a dreadful experience. Avoid wasting your time or money!
