I requested to cancel a product I didn't need anymore. Emails were quite slow at first, so even though I reached out on the same day to cancel the purchase, it ended up being shipped to me. I had to pay for the return postage (which is reasonable), and was then able to finally receive my refund. Jamie was helpful with sorting this :)
I cannot review the actual product, since I didn't use it at all. Also, many people who are leaving reviews here had issues with a subscription - when buying the product, there is the option to purchase one-time instead. It is annoying and a little sneaky that they automatically select the subscription option but, if you actually check the details before buying, it's easy enough to deselect.
