If I could do 0 star I would. I ordered wood paint for total of £25 Inc postage, ordered pure white. Email confirmed pure white. It arrived and big sticker on bottom said ‘camel white’. Contacted them many times and each time different rep answered no continuation just said same thing with each reply. They asked for photo or video of proof they sent it, their product? I sent both video and photos. Then every one of the dozens answering said they sent pure white. One even said the sticker is wrong but correct paint!! It’s PINK!Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AURORA07! Total scam company. Constant lies, stalling, more lies! I can’t get my money back, they refuse to accept a return or to send the correct paint. It’s totally useless to me and is going in bin. Lesson learnt never go near them!I paid via clear pay and they also say sorry but cannot get a refund. Please do not chance it they are scamming liars!
