I ordered a hand steamer & iron 2 in 1 - with UK plug, I received a hand steamer & iron 2 in 1 - EU plug. I contact their customer service, and informed them, a full week later and I have not received any response!!
I have resent my email and given them 5 days to respond.

I was going to send for a clothes steamer advertised online by this company. Looks a great bargain. Until I read the trust pilot reviews most of which warn to stay away from this company. This has shaken my confidence and I will not send for the item I want. It's just all the bad reviews have scared me away. Too bad as I wanted this product.
The fingernail trimmer I received was NOT the item in the Facebook advert. Similar to look at, but vastly inferior. It worked poorly and only for a short time. Completely useless. I would warn any potential customers to save their money and buy a single small emery board which would achieve ten times as much as the rubbish I received!
