i'm yet another victim of this set up, purchased a supposedly wireless dash cam,which it isn't, but to add insult to my mistake it appears 2 cameras were ordered, which i didn't,but there is no way to get a response from them, contacted PayPal who say i didn't attempt to cancel order, even though i supplied copies of there auto response,so as per everyone else avoid this company at all costs Update 01-08-25,complained again to PayPal,finally given an address to return goods,in China ,seller totally ignored all further contact,returned items sitting in chinnese customs now for over 6 weeks,which i think is an intentional act to avoid refunding,thankfully PayPal has now refunded all payments,so regardless of the seller response to this post,they will not respond to you,and there refund policy is mon existent,so again my only advice is avoid at all costs
