One star because I did actually receive the parcel. I waited a few weeks for it to arrive I'd actually forgotten I'd ordered it. I ordered "Wood" paint and upon opening the package I found it had opened and there was paint everywhere. I'd also ordered a clothing item which I realised too late I'd somehow ordered the wrong size and colour, (don't know how because I know I put in the correct details). I tried to change the order but they ignored my email and just sent it out a whole week later so they had time to change it. They then said they'd exchange with photos as proof I'd bought from them. Product came and to be honest the quality of the item is poor and I can't be bothered sending either items back. They require me to email them for returns forms, addresses etc but I don't have a printer. I'm disabled so it's just too much trouble. So in a nutshell I won't be using this company again. I don't know what condition the rest of the tub of paint is in so not even sure it's usable yet.
