I ordered 2 items on November 10 th 2025 and had priority expedited 3 to 5 days but I have not received them yet!! I have reached out to customer service and through email but all I got was sorry for the inconvenience due to shipping !! Terrible customer service!! I have waited 10 days on these items and still the tracking says waiting for updates!!! They will tell you 3 to 5 days delivery but in reality it is well over 10 to 15 days!!! Or in my case probly longer than that!!! I will not order from them again!!!!
