Absolutely amazing service. My elderly family member was being rushed into health services. I was worried for her because she couldn't take her pet cat with her who she cherishes so much. I was on the hunt to get a ginger toy cat replica for her to cuddle and provide some comfort in a difficult time and Aurora World went above and beyond for me. The online ordering and delivery service would have meant I couldn't get the cat in time. However, when using their live chat service they allowed me to drive and collect the cat the same day. I paid online and they looked out for my order number in the warehouse. I'm so grateful and my family member is over the moon with the cat toy that looks like her cat.
