Their terms state that if I cancel before they notify me of shipping, I can get a full refund. I canceled within a minute of placing the order, yet they claimed it had shipped hours later, stating 'actual shipping cost is only £14.87'. This is an outrageous price for such a small item. Despite their claim of shipping, I don’t want it and won’t pay to return it at my expense.

The order finally arrived, but the quality was disappointing, and now I'm being told I have to cover the return costs. Overall, a very frustrating experience when I asked for cancellation. I've asked to speak to a manager multiple times, yet my request hasn’t been addressed.
