I purchased 2 boneless couches 1 gray for my son house and 1 white for my house and they were supposed to be delivered 3 to 5 days it’s going on 2 months now and I tried the tracking number and that’s not working neither I asked for a refund and no response then they send me a email saying my son email was invalid but no couches yet and I purchased them in January 16 2026 and was supposed to be delivered January 19 2026 and I still haven’t received them yet so what would be the problem other than this is a scam

I ordered within their timeframe of “guaranteed delivery before Christmas”. I placed the order on December 11 (all orders placed on or before this date guaranteedChristmas delivery). By December 23 the package still hadn’t left California (I am in Florida). On top of not leaving their warehouse until late, they mailed snail mail USPS! We got them well after Christmas and one (chicken Spudster) was FILTHY and yellowed. The Grinch Spudster was horribly matted. So I contacted customer service twice (once before Christmas and once after receiving the items). ZERO response. Quality was shoddy and so was customer service. Never again will I buy anything Aurora, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
Just bought the baby wrap over romper with teddy on the front , when it arrived it has the size and how to wash label on the outside, when I contacted them they said they do this so it doesn't irritate baby ???? Anyone else had this
I ordered a Flopsies Lily cat toy on 20th January 2025. It arrived promptly and was beautiful except that the nap of the fur was in the wrong direction so you had to stroke it from tail to head! I emailed Aurora to explain this and they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement straight away. The new cat is so lovely; it has a great expression, realistic eyes and ears and my granddaughter is absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much!
