I did not receive my item and am facing issues getting a refund. I ordered a £900 necklace at the beginning of August, and despite a delivery time of 4-8 weeks, it has not arrived. I received no updates about my order unless I reached out for information, and never was I informed of any delay. After waiting eight weeks without delivery, I requested a refund three times, but my emails have been ignored. I am now forced to go through my bank to recover my funds. Very disappointing customer service. I regret trusting this company.
