Putting on the chain was quite challenging due to the small holes for the clasp. It felt like an impossible game, and I had to give up! Perhaps I'm just getting older! Keep in mind if you're considering a shorter chain. I didn't realize the extension was already part of the necklace; I assumed it was removable. I would have opted for a longer extension if I had known. The chain is lovely and delicate, but I do have concerns about its durability as I've seen similar issues reported. The letters are small, which I appreciate—very understated yet special. However, I'm uncertain about its longevity, and for the price, I’m a bit hesitant. The pouch it arrived in was nice but had some dirt on it; however, the service team addressed this promptly—customer service was excellent.

While they promote their loyalty program, it's quite challenging to earn points after making a purchase. Many companies allow for retrospective points addition, but this company does not. I find it puzzling that points can’t be added when the order number is valid.
The necklace arrived looking beautiful, but unfortunately, the chain broke. I returned it and requested an alteration to add an extra charm, which initially attracted me to the company. I was surprised to learn that alterations come with a surcharge of over 50%. For instance, a small charm that costs £50 on a new order is priced at £80 as an addition. I give 5 stars for design and concept but only 2 stars for aftercare and pricing.
I ordered two birthstone Ruby bracelets, one for my daughter and one for her best friend, after falling in love with the packaging from a previous name necklace. I plan to order again for Christmas gifts and hope to get more solid gold earrings, as I’m allergic to most jewelry from other retailers.
The jewelry is beautiful! I ordered matching love tag name necklaces for my niece and sister-in-law, and they both adore them! I needed them quickly, and the customer service representative was incredibly helpful in arranging fast delivery. I will definitely order again!
I did not receive my item and am facing issues getting a refund. I ordered a £900 necklace at the beginning of August, and despite a delivery time of 4-8 weeks, it has not arrived. I received no updates about my order unless I reached out for information, and never was I informed of any delay. After waiting eight weeks without delivery, I requested a refund three times, but my emails have been ignored. I am now forced to go through my bank to recover my funds. Very disappointing customer service. I regret trusting this company.
Warning: avoid this company. My item was promised within a week over a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. Now, they claim it will take even longer, yet they refuse to issue a required refund. I strongly advise against risking your money with this company.
