I have ordered necklace for my wife last December. Item was not delivered as indicated / went missing and communication from A+G was non existent, despite me emailing them. Luckily some passer by found it weeks later in our neighbourhood and took it to us. Delivery person dropped it and cars driven over it multiple times. Package was essentially a pancake and inside was soaking wet. Again, no communication from Aurum + Grey when I complained. Zero customer service. Will never use again.
