I recently had to get in touch as unfortunately my bracelet’s clasp had broken again (it happened last year and was fixed quickly and efficiently!).I was really sad it had happened again because I wear it everyday and started to feel nervous about wearing it! However, I needn’t have worried! Customer support replied promptly and very politely and asked me to send the bracelet in so they could remake it. I really felt they took the issue seriously and wanted to look into the issue to avoid it happening again.The bracelet was sent back within 2 weeks (amazing turnaround) and is perfect.I have a few other pieces from here and I’ve never had an issue so I really do believe it was a one off problem and this has in no way put me off purchasing from here. If anything it makes me more likely to as I know they’d rectify any issues!I recommend aurum and grey to everyone I know for special pieces, not just because they are beautiful but because the team really do care about customer service and it’s so evident they’d go to any length to help. Highly recommend them!
