No option for zero stars! I ordered a deluxe garland that is nothing like what was advertised. The images and videos on the website do not reflect the item received. The quality is akin to lower-end products. The company is based overseas, not in London as I believed. I'm still waiting for my refund and hope others can avoid being scammed like I was!
